In Hypnotherapy, we change those interpretations through the uncovering and re-educating methods that we use. When an idea is presented to an adult mind it is screened against the accumulation of knowledge, experience and the interpretation which is stored in the “critical factor of the conscious mind”. Its function is to act as a filtering screen so that when ideas are presented, we have a way of analyzing them. We look for the rational content and decide if it connects with material that we have previously stored. If we are unable to make a connection or if the incoming ideas are irrational, then we reject them.
If it is a totally new idea, the tendency in the adult mind is to reject it unless there are very favorable circumstances involved in the reception of that new idea. In Hypnosis we create a state of mind in which the critical factor becomes temporarily suspended/inactive. It doesn’t disappear, it just stops analyzing for rational content and it stops evaluating in terms of previous knowledge, experiences or fictitious beliefs that we have accepted.

About

Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a natural, though altered, state of mind. We all enter some form of hypnosis several times a day, like when we are driving and pass a turn-off because our mind is wandering. Everyone goes through natural, altered states before falling asleep, and while awakening. Therefore, everyone can enter the hypnotic state of relaxation, provided they want to, and provided they feel comfortable with the hypnotic process and the therapist.

Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to induce a deep state of relaxation, during the subconscious mind are highly receptive to new perspectives and ideas. The reason Hypnosis is so effective it lies in the extreme power of our subconscious mind, which is responsible for keeping us safe and helping us. Our subconscious mind is thought to process information literallyat any given time and storing information relating to our beliefs, attitudes, behavioral habits, memories.

Regression Therapy

Going back in time to the cause and effect to, release unwanted memories and emotions. Attila has developed a very unique healing system that he teaches in medical and hypnotherapy conferences.
In a hypnotic trance, moving back in past memories, past events and in time inside the subconscious mind is called a regression. Things that happened in our past it can and will continue to affect our life in the present. We have developed a coping mechanism to survive and how to avoid being hurt. We know how does it feels being hurt or rejected and these feelings continue to hold us back living happy, healthy and more successful life. Where fear or rejection constantly in our day to day lives, we are overwhelmed by chronic negative feelings. We feel and we are stuck, due to the past emotions that are being triggered. This hurt inner child may come to surface at any time resulting in the person re-experiencing these same negative feelings of fear or rejection. Regression therapy helps to eliminate the root cause of these negative emotions. The symptoms will change because of the hurt inner child will be healed and assisted to become a normal adult. The client will feel more free, and will no longer carry those negative “out of control” emotions.

Parts Therapy

Attila Kun is a licenced Parts Therapy Trainer and was trained by Roy Hunter, M.S., CHt.

Parts Therapy is based on the concept that our personality is composed of a number of various parts. Our personality parts are aspects of the subconscious, each with their respective jobs or functions of the inner mind. In other words, we tend to wear many different hats as we walk through the path of life. The facilitator of Parts Therapy may talk to the various parts, acting as a mediator, to help clients overcome subconscious resistance and achieve personal or professional goals.

This very complex hypnotherapy technique pioneered by the late Charles Tebbetts may well be the most profoundly effective technique available today for helping people resolve inner conflicts.

Stress Management

Hypnosis and hypnotherapy is an excellent treatment for stress and anxiety. Anxiety, panic disorder and depressions are all psychosomatic illnesses. Stress is when you are constantly faced with challenges and there is no relief to that stress factors.

Acute Stress

With hypnosis we tap into the subconscious mind that controls all the bodily functions. In the limbic system the amygdala is the instinctive processor of emotional information senses danger, the HPA-axis (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis), instead of forwarding this information to the neocortex for logical analyzes, it immediately releases stress hormones called corticosterone and adrenalin into the bloodstream. This is short lived physiological actions in the sympathetic nervous system called acute stress. These steroids give fast energy, that changes the heart rate, withdraw more blood from our digestive system and redirecting it into the muscles preparing our body for the possible fight of flight response. The brain sends signals to the adrenal gland to create stress hormones.

Acute stress reaction is a psychological shock or condition arising in response to a terrifying or traumatic event.

Chronic Stress

Chronic stress is the response to long term emotional pressure suffered for a prolonged period over which an individual perceives he or she has no control. It involves an endocrine system response in which occurs a release of corticosteroids. If this continues for a long time, it can cause damage to an individual’s physical and mental health.

Chronic stress blocks the signals reaching the adrenal glands that can stop producing stress hormones, so they keep making them and that creates more stress increasing the free radical damage in the hippocampal neurons, that damages the mitochondria and the results is increased free radical damage! This creates a dysfunctional neuronet and the individuals end up with low levels of dopamine or serotonin, neuro-transmitting chemicals in the brain and the result is depression. From then on they are incapable to think logically, make the right decisions. The stress hormones released into our bloodstream are keeping them in a lower primitive life form, because the harmonic brain functioning stopped working.
